MikeZ NutZ Gourmet Brittle was established by Michael several years ago in a modest home kitchen during the festive Christmas season. Having honed his baking skills from a young age in his mother's kitchen and later obtaining a certification as a Chef, Michael annually delighted friends and family with Christmas platters filled with an assortment of pastries, cookies, and candies. Following repeated requests to make available the sought-after easy-crunch brittle post-holiday season, MikeZ NutZ was officially unveiled in January 2023, with the unwavering support from his wife, Danielle. Starting with the favored traditional peanut brittle and Opa's Voodoo peanut brittle, the brand has since expanded to include pecan brittle. As of summer 2024, MikeZ NutZ proudly presents an extensive collection of fifty-seven brittle flavors, featuring seven nut variations and two nut-free options.
